Albany House Salcombe

Albany House is a semi-detached town house which we converted into three apartments. We added a substantial extension which projects out into the garden at basement level, plus a sub-terranean triple garage. Among the challenges of this complex build were supporting the existing elevations whilst excavating and building out the lower levels, adhering to fire regulations over multiple floors since the apartments were to be let, and sympathetic incorporation of existing period features into new modern interiors.
