A spectacularsubterranean new-build, highly engineered and reinforced to accommodate parking for six vehicles on the roof.

The main house comprises three bedrooms and is constructed predominantly in concrete to commercial specifications in view of the anticipated loads above, and with waterproofing to the three elevations underground. The self-contained garden annexe presented the challenge of pumped drainage owing to the difference in levels.

The electrical specification incorporates solar panelling, air conditioning, and fully automated and remotely accessed lighting and sound system.
