Harbour Lights Salcombe

An ambitious conversion and extension transformed this elegant four-storey semi-detached house from its existing two-apartment layout into three apartments. The ground floor apartment was adapted to create an additional sun room, whilst a courtyard extension at basement level created an additional bedroom and utility.

The front elevation was modernised with full glazing incorporating bi-fold doors to take maximum advantage of the views and the light, whilst each apartment was fully sound-insulated to future-proof them for possible later sale.
