Lealholme Salcombe

An impressive refurbishment and extension project incorporating an underground double garage with terrace above. The rear of the house had to be propped to create the openings out into the new extension which accommodates bi-fold doors which unites the indoor and outdoor space in warmer months.

In addition, the house was re-roofed, and a new kitchen was fitted together with a new bathroom and the creation of two small ensuites to balance out the accommodation. The structural alterations were greatly enhanced by input from skilled interior designers from an early stage, and the end result is a truly stunning home which is both practical and elegant.
