A full refurbishment to include a rear extension to make maximum use of the available space. A new kitchen and bathroom were installed, together with an extra bath/shower room. Throughout the project careful consideration was given to retaining Victorian features such as decorative coving to ensure that the original character and charm of the property wasn’t lost. The whole is now much more attractive as a rental or, indeed, a family home.
